Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, JLF ships worldwide. JLF is not responsible for any delays or other circumstances with packages once sent.
How long do orders take to be made and send out?
As everything is handmade to order by me, waiting times can be up to 21 days. This can differ depending on order demand.
How do I order my correct size?
Please check my sizing guide for each design to make sure you are ordering the correct size that fits your body. If you are not sure which size to order – or if none of the sizes available fits you – send me an Email and we can discuss a made-to-measure sizing.
Can I return my order?
As every item is handmade to order, I am unable to offer refunds. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you can still send me an Email and I will do my best to help.
International Shipping
If you order from outside of Switzerland, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that JLF has no control and is not responsible for these charges.
